11th Transmission -- 4TH WALL EVENT

... Why are the birds speaking.

[Ironhide can be found sitting outside of his artichoke pod and casually throwing rocks at one of the aforementioned birds in irritation.

The bird does not shut up.]

[This sounded absolutely ludicrous. Were it not coming from the Weapons Master, Ratchet likely would have discredited the story without a second thought.

However, that wouldn't explain Ratchet's presence there either; he had no idea how he'd been taken from his own timeline. There were quite a few questions left unanswered - But at least, unlike his comrade, he hadn't been left here on his own.]

Fascinating.

Before you were transported to this... 'universe', what is the last event you remember?

I would be curious to know how they are removing us from our respective worlds without damaging the timelines. Were the three of us to vanish from where we are meant to be, it would be rather obvious that something was amiss...

[Ratchet's optics fell to the damage, remembering quite clearly just how it had been dealt. For him, it was only minutes earlier. But for Ironhide to have dealt with such a blatant gap in his defenses for months...

His expression darkened, fingers gently touching the jagged edges of the plating.]

Based on my recollection of events, I had already begun examining your injuries.

[And what he remembered was the wound being in worse shape - It certainly verified the time span that Ironhide had been talking about.]

I suppose you have already dampened the sensory feedback.

[The hiss is enough to make Ratchet draw his hand away, leaning in closer to visually examine the damage. He expected it would still be causing pain, but from his experience with the Weapons Master... The old fool would sooner turn off the sensory input than deal with the issue.]

Thick-headed old fool - You did not have to do that.

[He filters a sigh, a hand resting on his hip.]

Without the proper equipment, I will not be able to fully mend this. However, a temporary patch would be enough to keep your internal systems protected until I can complete the repair.
