62nd Transmission - Audio (Backdated to the morning of the 22nd)

--guilty as charged! One of them. You came from them, you were one of them once. You know you were. Why not just let it all out? You were a Decepticon once--

[A loud thwack interrupts - metal impacting metal. Someone dislikes what he's hearing. Nevertheless, the voice continues speaking, albeit cut off by the Autobot's snarling.]

--hat's why you can't keep them safe. You worry you can't. You're right. Optimus. Jazz. The little one. Can't keep the female safe either. She blames you, they all do--

[This time, it's cut off by an engine revving.]

--what about him, you say? Is that why it's supposed to be secret? It's not. Everyone already knows. You can't hide it. He's disappointed in you. You're going to fail him like you did everyon--

[Ironhide doesn't bother answering the voice verbally. Not at that. All there is, is a roar and the sound of a heavy fist impacting a wall. Or a bee.]

--you can't even say it. Can't even say you love hi--

[And the transmission is forcibly ended.]

Your input is entirely unnecessary.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
Who cares about my input? I'm not really alive, right?

Do you scold PCs too?

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:00 am (UTC)(link)
Only those with awareness enough to mock my comrades. If you were offering anything useful, I may be more concerned with your opinion. As it stands, you are only attempting to exacerbate the situation.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:08 am (UTC)(link)
Why shouldn't I? Ironhide is always exacerbating me.

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:10 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, and I am sure you constantly suffer the Captain's influence, as he is now.

Unless you have something aside from pointless whining to add, I suggest you terminate this connection.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:11 am (UTC)(link)
Why don't you make me?

[Oh my god it's such a brat.]

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:15 am (UTC)(link)
Because I have little time for your childish games.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:16 am (UTC)(link)
I'm four. What's his excuse?

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:19 am (UTC)(link)
You irritate him - Intentionally, based on this conversation.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:21 am (UTC)(link)
He started it! He called me a drone! Everyone I care about is gone and he keeps calling me names!

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 05:38 am (UTC)(link)
... Do you realize how trivial that sounds, compared to what others have endured aboard this vessel? It is unfortunate that your friends have left, but several of ours have as well.

Name-calling is the least of your worries.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 05:42 am (UTC)(link)
Excuse me, but you're the one who's upset because I'm irritating. I wasn't aware that trivializing other people's problems was a function of your race.

I guess your real problem isn't that you're terrible at what you do, it's that you're bound and determined to make other people feel bad if they disagree with you! Ironhide's a bigot! I'm not going to apologize to him for anything— he started it, and he can finish it.

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
No, I am upset that my comrade is having an actual issue, and that you are only attempting to worsen the problem by gloating.

I do not know where you get the idea that I am terrible at my function, but considering the fact I have been stripped of my tools, this is hardly the situation to judge that.

I am not attempting to make you feel bad either - I am only pointing out that you sound like a fool, causing trouble over something so ridiculously petty.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 02:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, of course I'm petty! I don't have anything important left.

The only thing I still have for sure is myself. And he keeps on telling me that I'm worthless, how is that supposed to be anything but incendiary?

Really, Mister Ratchet, trying to go after my pride is a pretty weak attempt.

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 04:13 pm (UTC)(link)
You speak of being hurt by his verbal putdowns, and yet, here you are doing the exact same thing. Your hypocrisy is astounding.

How exactly am I going after your pride? You attempt to tell me that I am "terrible at what I do," and I am the one attacking?

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 06:00 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm not afraid of sounding like a fool, or of being called a hypocrite! I'm not pretending to be a good person, and I'm not an officer, like you are.

Don't get mad at me if we're having an argument and I fight back.

I'm not going to let someone get away with telling me I'm not a person too, and if you're going to defend him, you're a fair target as well!

[identity profile] medicalofficer.livejournal.com 2010-10-24 12:03 am (UTC)(link)
Clearly.

There is a difference between having an argument, and making irrelevant jabs when you are incapable of dealing with the issue at hand. I would be more inclined to listen to your view if you raised an actual valid point, rather than throwing pointless insults.

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-24 12:15 am (UTC)(link)
...

....

...

Mister Ratchet, do you think I'm not a real person too?

[audio]

[identity profile] tachikhromatic.livejournal.com 2010-10-23 02:41 pm (UTC)(link)
I really have to question both of your methods!

Do you always treat people like this? Since when is it acceptable to tell someone they're not a person? I think my problem is really with your whole kind! Even Mister Kage thought I have a ghost— he said I wouldn't be here, if I didn't!

I bet you make a lot more enemies than you do friends— not that there's much a difference. You're really terrible at looking after humans, you know that?

If you're going to keep saying I'm nothing more than a drone, you could at least keep your argument straight. A robot isn't capable of murder.

Murder, as defined in common law countries, is the unlawful killing of another being with "malice aforethought", and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide! Either you think I'm alive or I'm not.

If it's not really alive, how can it murder someone?
