They are volunteers. It may be better to find a replacement for problem members than to try and force them to conform.

They volunteered for a position in a defense force. To do that effectively needs discipline, needs training.

Thought your human armies were also volunteers. Or did my allies lie to me?

Not entirely. The Armed Forces are usually voluntary, but once one signs up its a commitment. There are no laws here keeping those who can't, or won't, keep up from refusing to do so.

As you wish. I will do nothing to stop or attempt to change how you run your team. However, I also will not discipline any *read: Zeke* who chose to leave your service.
It is still in the ship's best interests that everyone can aid us somehow, even if they are not cut out to be a soliders.

Just don't forget that you're training humans and not Autobots. Humans aren't as resilient. We can still make good soldiers, but the training process and disciplinary processes needed vary from species to species.

That said, I trust you know what you're doing.
