16th Transmission - Video

[The video feed opens on Ironhide, looming large... and standing fully upright, in the keep's courtyard.]

[There appears to be a small tree, ripped from the woods themselves, and planted in the ground -- or propped up, it's hard to tell which. Either way, the old Autobot is watching it with an even stare.]

[And without warning, he kicks the tree, savagely, the motion accompanied by a rev of a massive engine. The tree shatters in an explosion of splinters and wood chips.]

[He draws himself up, and snorts.]

Yeah. Hip works all right. This will do.

[He's been short for so long, and robbed of his weapons for so long, he's learned to compensate, throwing his full weight behind the blows.]

[As he feels Jetfire's leg move, he drags his fingers over the shuttle's armor, looking for a handhold, a fingerhold, something that will pull the other 'bot down with him as he starts to topple backward with a snarl and a curse.]

[Considering the strength of those blows, Jetfire is glad that he's merely been downsized; there's been no appreciable change in his armour, and that means he can handle them. It doesn't mean, however, that he won't stagger due to them.]

[Sorry, Ironhide, he might not be the best at hand-to-hand, but he's not going down with you. Jetfire's thrusters fire, and he wedges an arm between the both of them, the edge of his fist glancing off Ironhide's jaw, attempting to make Ironhide let go even as he lifts from the ground to avoid going down with the mech.]
